RESTRICTION: Because sensitive information, including cell phone numbers, email and mailing addresses, EIN/Tax numbers for businesses, and other financial information is present in the collection, researchers must sign an agreement stating they will not disclose or share copies of material with sensitive information with others. Researchers will also need to track the boxes and folders they access.

ACCESS TO AUDIO/VISUAL MATERIALS: Researchers wishing to listen to or view audio visual materials in the collection, including DVDs in box 31, should contact the Wisconsin Center for Film and Theater Research at least one month before their visit. Audio and videotape recordings must be digitized and this process can take several weeks. Film prints must be retrieved from off-site storage and inspected. Prints for films that are readily available on DVD or a streaming service are not available for onsite viewing.
