In addition to fan mail, which is the bulk of the collection, there are magazine and newspaper articles (1979-1982), Olympic memorabilia (1980), World Speed Skating Championship skating times and other memorabilia for Beth and Eric (1979-1980), and a few certificates. In addition there are two large scrapbooks (circa 1977-1981), one for Beth and one for Eric, which contain newspaper articles, posters, mailgrams, and children's drawings. The photographs include oversize photos of Eric with John Madden, Sugar Ray Leonard, Scott Hamilton, and Jack Conner, and of Beth and Eric rollerblading as well as images depicting the Heiden Haus, Beth and Eric alone and together and at various ceremonies and promotions, and a portrait of Eric for the Sportsman of the Year award. Also included are two drawings of Beth and 18 posters related to speed skating (1977-1980).
