Records related to the settlement of deceased individuals' estates including inventories of real and personal property; reports and accounts of administrators or executors; statements of claims against estates; resale of real and/or personal property; warrants; contracts; sworn testimony; and similar records. Included are a few guardianship of minor heir cases.
