Abstract:

Guardianship of "insane" (mentally ill) or "incompetent" (mentally disabled) case files consisting of petition for appointment of guardian, order and notice for hearing petition, order for appointment and bond of guardian, letters of guardianship, order appointing appraisers, inventory and appraisal of estate. Insanity case files include petition for examination, order and warrant for physicians to visit and examine person, order for temporary detention, judgment of insanity and order of commitment, order of commitment to sheriff, and if applicable, order for parole and order for discharge.
