Abstract:
Records of court determinations of deceased individuals' real estate, personal property, funeral expenses, expenses of administration, total deductions, and clear market value of estate after deductions. Also included are the names of heirs, their relationship to the deceased, the shares they were distributed, exceptions to the inheritance tax, the rate of tax, and amount of tax.
