Abstract:
A listing of cases scheduled to be tried in a given court term. Indicates the case title (names of plaintiff and defendant), names of attorneys on both sides, case file number, the complaint, and judge's remarks. This series is useful in locating cases involving the same type of complaint (e.g. all divorces) and in gaining access this way to the actual case file by case file number. After 1933, the complaint and judge's remarks columns are no longer filled out (later volumes were not kept for this reason). Case file numbers are not included in the first half of Volume 1. There is a brief list of attorneys at the front of Volume 1.
