Abstract:

Register showing the names of the parties to the mortgage contract; the number of the mortgage certificate; and the date of the mortgage, its acknowledgement, and its filing with the Clerk. Recorded sometimes as well are the terms of the mortgage, the location of the property, notes due, the amount of money involved, and the interest rates. Volume 12 registers transactions of the St. Louis Land Improvement Company.
