Civil and criminal justice dockets from the Village and City of Madison kept by various justices of the peace. These records are arranged chronologically and show such things as names of plaintiffs and defendants, attorneys, type of action, dates, proceedings, judgment, and bill of costs. Some of the volumes are from the City of Madison Police Court. Some volumes have indexes.
