A record of court actions in probate cases giving names, residences, and sometimes ages of heirs, and orders and judgments. Volume D[1]-D11 (1889-1954): arranged chronologically by date of filing and consist of orders appointing appraisers and judgment allowing final account and assigning estate. Volume D12-D15 (1954-1968): arranged by type of document and thereunder chronologically. Types of documents include certificates of probate, letters testamentary, letters of administration, and judgment on claims. Documents usually give the value of the estate; names of the heirs, administrators, and the county judge; and the names of the newspapers in which notices of the probate hearings were published.
