Abstract:

Collection of films donated by the UW-Madison Department of Communication Arts. Includes 35mm and 16mm features, shorts, film exerpts, and a series of Looney Tunes cartoons. These films were formerly kept in Vilas Hall, used as a screening collection for cinema and media studies courses. The collection includes domestic and international films and represents the type of work studied in UW-Madison Comm Arts classes.
