Abstract:
William Pyle Philips (1882-1950) was Treasurer of United Artists Corporation from mid-1933 to mid-1935. The files consist primarily of policy-level correspondence and reports, directed to his office as treasurer, but also encompass more general corporate activities and policies during the period. The bulk of the files date between 1933 and 1935.
