Abstract:
General papers of Lieutenant Governor Scott McCallum, including correspondence generated by his staff, responses to constituent correspondence, invitations, and subject files on special projects such as involvement in the Trauma and Injury Prevention Task Force and in child care initiatives such as the Workplace Child Care Clearinghouse, a referral agency for the private sector run out of his office. The files include statistical information on a number of employer-sponsored day care facilities. Also included are files on McCallum’s participation in trade missions to China, Eastern Europe, and the Soviet Union.
