Abstract:

Filings, 1974-1981, of town mutual insurance companies made to the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance for approval, including insurance policies and various forms that the companies used to conduct business. Such approval is required by Section 612.51, Wis. Stats., and Ins 13.04, Wis. Adm. Code. Included is correspondence concerning the filings, as well as some records on rates and rate setting.
