Abstract:

Library improvement and establishment grant applications submitted to the Department of Public Instruction for funding through the 1965 Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). Title II of the act specifically funded school libraries. ESEA Title II grants, correspondence, and special project applications by public school districts throughout Wisconsin for the period 1965-1976.
