Abstract:
Minutes and grant records from the Upper Great Lakes Commission of the state Department of Development. Consisting of the governors of Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, the Upper Great Lakes Regional Commission sought to strengthen the economies of the Great Lakes region by providing grants for businesses and research.
