The Annenberg/Corporation for Public Broadcasting (A/CPB) Project was a multi-disciplinary public education project from the mid-1980s through 2003. They distributed teaching materials like audio and video lectures, workbooks, and other paraphernalia for teachers and educators across the country. The project was contracted by the Annenberg Foundation located at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and facilitated by Wisconsin Public Radio. The collection includes sound and video recordings of lectures on topics including sociology, psychology, history, and statistics. It also includes paper materials such as rights documentation, course readings, study guides, and related correspondence. The courses included were Algebra, American History, American National Government, Ethics in business, Marriage and Family, Modern Literature, Music, Nutrition, Sociology, Statistics, and War and Peace.
