Abstract:

Papers of Elmer L. Winter, co-founder of Manpower Inc. and founder of the Committee for Economic Growth of Israel (CEGI). The collection contains publications and compilations of the CEGI, including an entire run of CEGI's newsletter (1976-2009). The collection also includes numerous self-publications pertaining to Winter's personal life and his family history, and speeches he gave as president of Manpower.
