Abstract: Records of the John Bohn Mayoral Administration. Bohn
served as Common Council President until Mayor Carl Zeidler resigned in 1942. Bohn
then became Acting Mayor and was later elected mayor in 1944. He remained in office
until 1948. Collection contains correspondence, reports, clippings, and photographs.
There is also a significant amount of material on Milwaukee's "Centurama", which
celebrated Milwaukee's 100th anniversary in 1946.
