Series: 5. Inquiries, 1913-1968: AGS arranged much of its incoming correspondence according to a numerical
classification scheme, which assigned numbers to various regional and
topical classifications and sub-classifications. When these numbers appear
in the finding aid, the corresponding region or topic is provided in
brackets. The schemes are available in the collection (box 14, folder 19 and
box 15, folder 3) and the AGS Library.
