Subjects covered include special needs adults, problems related to aging, drugs and alcohol abuse, care of foster children, mental health, and disabilities and illness. The best covered topic is the transition of the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare to a state agency and includes material such as the lawsuit against the takeover, and notes regarding reorganization, including community output and concerns.
