Abstract:

Legislative papers of Wisconsin state representative Kim Hixson (Democrat, 43th Assembly District, which includes parts of Rock, Jefferson, and Dane Counties), who served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 2007-2010, consisting of materials on education policy, consumer protection for students, wind power, and other topics. Hixson chaired the Committee of Colleges and Universities while on leave as an associate professor from the communication department of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
