2013/002	Part 2 (2013/002, Audio 1671A): Additions, 2003-2010 Physical Description: 12.2 gigabytes (83,898 files in 941 folders) and 36 audio recordings  Scope and Content Note: Press office files of Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle, 2003-2010, also represented is work the press office did on behalf of First Lady Jessica Doyle, Lieutenant Governor Barbra Lawton, and several state agencies. Well documented in this accession are the press releases sent by the administration as well as remarks and speeches (including the annual State of the State address) prepared by the press office. Of note is also a small amount of correspondence, materials related to the administration's major initiatives, and compilations of Governor Doyle's work record and accomplishments. There are 36 audio files associated with this collection, many have relatively low production quality, and most of the audio features Governor Doyle discussing policy, plans, accomplishments, and initiatives. There are also recordings of the 2008 World Stem Cell Summit. Arrangement of the Materials: Individual files within this accession have not all been arranged into subfolders, the file structure (with minor adjustments) remains the structure the Doyle administration used. File and folder names in this accession were left as they were named by the administration whenever possible. The format of file names which include dates were routinely changed to a YYYYMMDD format.	⇧
