Included are legal opinions, orders, supporting documents and exhibits, ballot counts, verified complaints, correspondence, petitions, affidavits, transcripts and court decisions. They arranged by the Election Board's case number. Some cases were consolidated for final decision and order. Of greatest interest is a series of cases concerning the Wisconsin Association of Manufacturers and Commerce (WMC) Issues Mobilization Council regarding a series of TV and radio ads discussing voting records of elected officials. The case eventually went to the Supreme Court, which upheld the Council's right to the ads. The case is viewed as a landmark in corporate free speech. : Chronological and thereunder by case number.
