Abstract:
Index cards used by the Railroad Commission and its successor, the Public Service Commission, to track applications by companies and individual drivers for certification as bonded passenger and/or freight carriers. Cards include application number, residence, route, bond number, bond company, bond expiration date, number of passengers, etc.
