Wisconsin Emergency Relief Administration and Public Welfare program bulletins and reports relating to administrative issuances, attorney general's opinions, publicity budgets, casework, certifications, Civilian Conservation Corps, drought relief, education, transients, work division, commodities, accounting, legislation, National Youth Administration, personnel, research and statistics, Resettlement Administration, Wisconsin Relief Review, Public Welfare Review, and rural condition of counties. Also included are clippings, Pension Deptartment manuals, bulletins and reports, and related material. This material was used to assist county agencies in administering state and federal welfare policies and programs.
