Unit cost studies consisting of charts, tables, and explanatory information compiled for the purpose of assisting the property assessor to estimate the cost of major classes of construction. The studies were compiled under the direction of the Milwaukee District Supervisor of assessments as part of Work Projects Administration Project N.9074 and Wisconsin Emergency Relief Administration Project S40-F2-381.
