Arrangement of the Materials

By file number, with prefix MV. File numbers were assigned in chronological order. File numbers begin with MV-1 under the Railroad Commission in 1928. However, the Public Service Commission took over the file in 1931, and started the numerical sequence over again at MV-1. There is no index to this series.
