Abstract:

Notices addressed to the Secretary relating to contested Senate or Assembly seats, giving date of election, names of parties to the contest, nature of the contest, statement of officer who served notice, and date filed. Notices are accompanied by supporting certificates of recount by county clerks, notices of withdrawal, and transcripts of testimony taken before the Legislature.
