Abstract:

Summary of proceedings in civil and criminal cases, naturalization proceedings, and other actions before the court showing date, names of parties and attorneys, and a record of appearance and actions. Information varies but may include names of witnesses and jurors, jury verdicts, and court orders, decisions, and sentences. There are gaps in this series for 1904-1909. Volume 10 (1857-1860) apparently was kept by the judge and has more detailed information on court testimony and appearances but is not a complete record of all cases heard. Most volumes include an index at the front.
