Abstract:

Town of New Hope records contain materials from the Board of Supervisors (1856-1914), the Town Clerk (1866-1945), and the Treasurer (1858-1962). The documents consist of minutes, financial records, and school district reports and maps. Also includes documents on the 1864 enlistment of Civil War volunteers, as well as documents related to highway and road development administered by the Overseer of Highways and Highway Supervisor.
