Part 2 (2008/068): Additions, 1976-1999 0.8 cubic feet (3 archives boxes of photographs) : Color photographic prints and transparencies documenting the condition of local bridges and roads in Marathon and Portage counties and other parts of Transportation District 4 and extensive shots of USH 51 construction projects in Wisconsin Rapids. The latter views show both the built environment near the construction site as well as the construction process. In addition, there are several black and white aerial views taken in 1976 and 1982 of USH 51 in Portage County. Several deteriorating images which originally consisted of prints taped together by the district office to create panoramas were scanned, catalogued as part of Wisconsin Historical Images, and destroyed.
