Abstract:
Records of an organization formed February 21, 1891, as the Pierceville Creamery Association. Included in the collection are a minute book, a few financial volumes, and financial statements. Also present is a personal ledger book of Henry M. Peck. The creamery was sold March 26, 1920, to the Pierceville Cooperative Co., which operated the business under that name.
