Abstract:

Microfilmed index by seller to “Deeds” (Milwaukee Micro Series 16) giving names of grantor and grantee; date and time of recording of deed; legal description of land being conveyed to grantee; type of instrument used in conveyance; volume and page where deed is recorded; to whom deed was delivered after recording; and fees charged. Volumes are unnumbered from 1839 to 1850 and thereafter are numbered as volumes 1-217.
