Abstract:
Records of a congregation founded as St. Luke's Free Church in 1848 by German residents of Watertown. The congregation became St. Luke's Lutheran Church in 1909 and St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church in 1966. It is affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. The records include sacramental records, nineteenth century family membership records, and copies of 1898 articles of reorganization and of other legal documents, 1922. Most of the entries are in German.
