Papers of Edward G. Jones, an Appleton, Wisconsin, lawyer, businessman, and land speculator (timber and mining). The collection includes correspondence, financial and legal records, and subject files related to various companies and clients such as the Bonanza Mining and Milling Company. Jones was the son of George C. Jones, and the two were in business together; consequently there is also a significant amount of George Jones material in this collection. Also included is some material of William Zuehlke related to his position as Assistant Postmaster of Appleton, and his activity in the Wisconsin National Guard and the United Spanish War Veterans.
