Kenneth E. Tilsen's files relate to the attempted development of the Hudson Dog Track and Casino by three bands of the Chippewa tribe of Wisconsin in 1995 versus the Concerned Citizens of Hudson, the lawsuit between the tribes and the federal government and involvement with the Bruce Babbitt “Wampumgate” federal case.
