Abstract:

Records of the Green Bay City Band, mostly from 1942 to 1991, which was organized in 1903 by M.J. Heynen as the Heynen Band and became known as the Green Bay City Band in 1910, consisting of concert and commemorative programs, song lists, rosters, correspondence, minutes, agreements, governing documents, and photographs of performances of the Heynen Band and the Green Bay City Band performing at city parks in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A few materials relating to the band’s trips to Poland and China in 1980 and 1988 are also included.
