Files of Loyd Wright, a Los Angeles attorney who represented United Artists for many years and who served as secretary of the Board of Trustees. Included are correspondence; notes, briefs, and other legal documents concerning anti-trust litigation, distribution agreements, loans, and contracts with company officers and producers such as Charles Chaplin, Samuel Goldwyn, Hal Roach, Arthur B. Krim, Alexander Korda, Mary Pickford, Joseph Schenck, David O. Selznick, Hunt Stromberg, Walter Wanger, and others; and reference files of United Artists reports on finances and overseas operations and on the legal and foreign operations of the Motion Picture Producers and Distributors Association.
