Abstract:

Attorneys' files, 1985-1987, for all rate cases that went to hearing, including the files for those rate cases that were appealed to the circuit and appellate courts. Records from the Hospital Rate-Setting Commission include correspondence and notes; hearing transcripts, evidence, and testimony files for individual hospitals, as well as peer groups of hospitals, or comparable groupings of hospitals with similar characteristics.
