1987/034	Part 1 (1987/034): Original Collection, 1983-1986 Physical Description: 1.0 c.f. (1 record center carton)  Scope and Content Note: Records, 1983-1986, of Robert J. Bartlett, Legislative Liaison for Governor Tony Earl. Included are records on the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, concerning the Fair Liquidation of Waste (FLOW) proposal to fund the Water Pollution Abatement Program. There is also information about the building of a landfill in the City of Oak Creek. Records from the Governor's Commission on Agriculture pertain to the economics of farming. Records include correspondence, reports, background information, bill drafts and notes.

(5 record center cartons)  Scope and Content Note: Subject files, 1983-1986, of Dan Wisniewski, Executive Secretary to Governor Earl. Records consist of reports and correspondence on a variety of issues, including the budget, the State Building Commission, travel schedules of the Governor's cabinet members, comparable worth, the Fair Labor Standards Act, legal issues, marital property, prisons, Governor Earl's speeches, unemployment compensation. Issues pertaining to the Department of Development and the Department of Employment Relations are also found, including foreign relations, affirmative action, collective bargaining, and employee compensation.
