Annual and monthly reports, 1962-1972, received by the Bureau of Local Health Services and Program Planning from districts. Reports concern personnel statistics and activities, public health conditions, services, and programming in congressional districts throughout Wisconsin. Records largely consist of reports, statistics, and correspondence composed by the District Health Officers of individual communities.
