Abstract:
The Wisconsin Electric Research Farm was an experimental farm established in 1946 by the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Agricultural Engineering to study the impact of electric light, heat and power on dairy farm operation. This collection includes reports, correspondence, visitor logs, photographs, program files, films, and glass lantern slides documenting the program from 1947-1962.
