In 1979 the School of Education's Dept. of Physical Education, Recreation and Health Education was transferred to the School of Allied Health Professions and renamed the Dept. of Human Kinetics.

Christel T. Maass reprocessed the collection at the Archives in November 1993. Jeremy Brett reprocessed the collection in October 2006, adding 1998-020 to the existing records.
