Biography/History

The American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) is a national organization dedicated to the improvement of public service through a variety of programs for professional development at the chapter, regional, section and national levels. Created in 1939, the ASPA expounded the idea that public administration in any jurisdiction can be analyzed, evaluated, improved, and that a body of professional knowledge can be developed for both education training and practitioner guidance.

The financial statement folder also contains balances of the Saffran fund, membership status report, and a proposed budget.
