Biographical/Historical Note
Marcellus Greenwood, son of James Greenwood and Thankful Gould Greenwood, was married to Clara E. Bradish and became the father of Frederick. Marcellus Greenwood was a banker at the Batavian Bank in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and later managed the Daly Bank and Trust Company at Anaconda, Montana. Frederick Greenwood also worked as a banker at the Bank of California in Portland, Oregon. Frederick was married to Grace Tucker, and they had no descendants.
