Abstract:
Papers of the Citizens' Public Welfare Association, a humanitarian organization incorporated in 1944 for the purpose of rendering service to delinquents and the mentally ill. Included are minutes of the board of directors, 1943-1945; financial reports, 1944-1953; correspondence, 1943-1959; files kept by L.L. Oeland, executive secretary; and topical files, comprised chiefly of source materials and articles written by Oeland.
