Abstract:

Microfilmed record of mortgages. Each mortgage document contains name and address of the grantor and the grantee; the dollar amount of the debt and terms of repayment; the legal description of the property being mortgaged; and conditions, if any, of use of the mortgage property during the life of the agreement.
