Microfilmed appraisals of the value of city property including the municipal building and contents, high school, grade school, fire station, pumping station, city park buildings, and the city barns and shed, 1933, 1934, 1943, 1946, and 1949; and 1937 appraisals of residential and mercantile property including the street number; owner's or tenant's name; type of dwelling; dimensions; number of stories; type of foundation, exterior walls, roof, basement, floors, trim, interior walls, heating, lighting, and plumbing; the year built; general condition; assessed value of the land and improvements; and in some cases a sketch of the building.
