The bulk of the collection consists of commemorative buttons from Pride festivals organized
by both the Milwaukee Lesbian/Gay Pride Committee (MLGPC) and its successor organization,
PrideFest. The collection also includes buttons and pins related to other festivals and
celebrations, political movements, and social causes. Many of the items are undated.
