There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

Sharon McQueen donated the collection to the Archives in 1999 (accession 1999-028).

Processing Information

Anna Stadic processed the majority of the collection at the Archives in the summer of 2000. Richard Shrake completed the processing in October 2000.

In November 2011, Matt Eidem removed 69 safety film negatives (sheet) and placed them with other safety film negatives. The remaining 191 safety film negatives (35 mm) were placed in boxes 8-9.

In September 2020, Shiraz Bhathena ripped the DVD digitizations to create electronic versions of the video recordings. Two VHS were redigitized in December 2020 because there was missing content on the DVDs. Access MP4s were made of all recordings and the finding aid reflects these as the access versions.
